In the psychological sense, a positive smile represents happiness and joy, it can break down barriers and invite communication. It can bring to another warmth and contentment. So knowing that a smile, a small gesture of acknowledgement can bring pleasure to an individual, we should all smile at each other.

Many of us have experienced or been touched by someone with a mental health condition. I wonder how we define mental health, is it that others or ourselves do not conform to a normal or societal expectation. To some, not aligning can cause judgemental or bias behaviour or actions. When we should be humble and respectful, for many of us have disorders which are classified as abnormal, yet we are unware that they exist. We are all blessed with life, so we should embrace one another and alter our attitude to mental health.
